The Etta Baker Memorial is an over life-size bronze likeness of the Piedmont blues guitarist. Warren’s sculpture depicts the legendary musician from Morganton, North Carolina seated while playing her guitar. The piece is situated on the grounds of the City of Morganton Municipal Auditorium (CoMMA). Jay was highly praised for this work, as you can see in this article.
